IFC Job Application Process
IFC reviews applications for support positions on a rolling basis. Submission of an application implies you have agreed to IFC’s job application process.
Employment Requirements
Minimum standards: 18 years of age, High School Diploma/GED unless otherwise specified, valid PA driver’s license, physical requirements as listed.
There is no guarantee of a job or a job interview when you complete IFC’s job application.
Specific reasons for employment decisions will not be released.

IFC’s application must be completely filled out in order for you to be considered for employment. If the information provided cannot be verified by employment reference checks, your application could be considered as incomplete, and you may not be considered for employment.
Job descriptions, other than general support positions, are distributed at the time of the interview.
Is any criminal charge against you now pending?*
In the past 3 years, have you incurred any of the following violations or sanctions: DWI/DUI, reckless driving, suspended license, speeding more than 25 MPH over the limit, drug offense, hit and run, 2 or more at-fault accidents, or 3 or more moving violations. An affirmative response does not disqualify employment, however, it may influence you ability to operate IFC vehicles per our insurance carrier.
